- 0.5 tsp Sichuan Peppercorn Grounded

- 500 gm Lamb (Leg, Shoulder) Diced
- 1 Onion (Brown, White) Diced
- 1 stalk Spring Onion (Optional) 1 inch sections
Garnish
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Chilli Powder Grounded
