Ingredients

Marinade

  • 1 tbsp Light Soy
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy
  • 2 cloves Garlic Finely chopped
  • 500 gm Beef (Oyster Blade) Cut through connective tissue lengthwise then diced

Stir Fry

  • 1 Capsicum Diced
  • 1 Onion (Brown, Red or White) Diced
  • 1 Stalk Spring Onion (Optional) 1 inch sections

Dipping Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt or Chicken Powder (MSG)
  • 1 tsp Pepper
